Shipping Coverage

FasciaPro currently offers free shipping across Canada. At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada. Generally, orders are expected to arrive within:

  • Urban areas: 3-7 business days

  • Rural areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.

Order Refusal and Refund Policy

FasciaPro reserves the right to refuse an order if shipping costs exceed a reasonable threshold, making the order unprofitable for our business. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FasciaPro is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at climieadam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
